Summary: I just stayed one night. My only issue was that the front desk clerk could not find my Convoy membership number which I was able to locate on the website and give to him.

Summary: I always request a top floor if available. There wasn't so I got a 2nd floor room and the person above me was loud and knocked stuff around ALL NIGHT LONG! I felt the layout of this "complex" was too confusing, as was entrance when parking in different locations.

Summary: We enloyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous. The only we encounted was the cooling system. I advised the front desk clerk and he said it would be fixed. We returned and found the room warm again. It was so I didnt report it. The following morning I reported the problem to the front desk. Maintenance was there within 10 minutes. Other than this our stay was excellent

Summary: Clean and fresh feeling, the grounds are nice if you were staying many days to enjoy. Some grass, nice seatings areas outdoors. Great choice at the price point.

Summary: Booked for pool and hot tub , called ahead of time to ensure all was working but when we checked in were told pool would be closed next day 8-1 for cleaning. No biggie but it was closed all day so we missed that all day as they painted?! Fire alarm woke us up at 11: 48 at night and had to be removed. On the positive side the grassy courtyards were welcome and the room was clean with comfy beds and pillows.
